For the 3rd straight year our Nissan Dealership has been awarded the Owner First Award of Excellence.

Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence is a recognition program designed to honor those individuals in our Nissan Dealerships who contribute to building Nissan's Brand value by consistently delivering an outstanding Nissan experience for our customers.

"Owner First" stems from the Owner First Survey that measures our Dealership and individual performance from the owner's perspective.

This award is not possible without our customer's believing in our mission to provide the best experience possible. We will continue this high level of performance for, YOU, our customers and we thank you all for being a part of the Nissan of Dubuque and Kruse-Warthan family.

The Dubuque Auto Show is coming on March 6th and 7th and we look forward to seeing everyone there and answering all their questions about the new models.

Currently eBay is having a very big problem with vehicles on eBay. A large number of accounts including our own is being spammed by hackers to offer "Second Chance" offers on vehicles we do not even have on eBay currently. These hackers are not getting into our account but are intercepting our emails to customers asking questions and 30-90 days later they are sending out the "Second Chance" offer. Please beware of these offers.

We are welcoming in 2010 with special pricing on all 2009 Models left in stock. If you are interested in saving a little extra money for a 2009 model please stop in or give us a call to check availability.
